La Maison Arc-en-Ciel has put together a series of resources to support youth, parents, caregivers struggling with substance use, addiction and mental health issues.

Rand Teed has been working with teens and adults for over 40 years and for the past 20 years has been helping them understand how substance use can get in the way of having the life they want. His website contains many resources to educate people about substance use and adolescents.

Free, one on one parent support by phone. Parent supporters will lend an understanding ear and speak with you about resources and coping skills to help both you and your child. Online Parent Support Groups provide a safe space where parents can discuss practical strategies, find support and share resources and information that worked for them.
